I am a multidisciplinary design leader, based in New York, with over 20 years of experience. I create meaningful user experiences by blending design thinking with product strategy. My approach is shaped by careful and thorough research leading to creative and effective ideas. I deliver end-to-end solutions, from understanding customer needs to discovering strategic opportunities to executing the final design. My work has won awards at Cannes, One Show and D&AD and has been featured in Archive and Communication Arts. I have also been part of the Grand Jury of New York Festivals and judged some of the biggest award shows in India.
I thrive in collaborative environments. My experience mentoring and leading multi-disciplinary teams has taught me how to build consensus through workshops and problem-solving sessions, foster trust-based relationships and use design to unite diverse teams around a shared vision.
I love learning new things. In recent years, my focus has been on building expertise in mixed method (qual+quant) design methodology, which combines holistic insights with precision. I have also been actively engaged in developing Lean UX frameworks that break long-cycle research work and deliver value in every sprint.
